Nice to have good news. Even though the HQ is in Bristol, this is good for the whole region. MY niece is a CPA at ESPN. She lives in Sommers.

The state has given huge tax breaks to ESPN. They wouldn't have expanded without them. Call it corporate welfare if you want. it works and it provides jobs.

ESPN and the film industry are Connecticut's growth industries. Wha do they have in common? Very favorable tax breaks. Someday our politicians will wake up and notice this fact. When they do the state will bloom.
