These are fantastic! Glad you enjoyed your stay...Isn't San Francisco one of the coolest places in the universe and a photographer's paradise? Never a dull moment & always something new to discover or rediscover. Last night there were choppers everywhere due to a huge march against the passing of Prop 8. I was trying to work but gave up due to the noise, so I went out and joined the people in the streets...

Hope you had a great time here. I leave next week for a little vacation in South Carolina...I much enjoyed your pics.

There was plenty of discovering and rediscovering - some times within the same day. I had a great stay and actually thought of skipping the plane ride back.

You capture the City as if "She" was already in your soul. Very good! I'm already homesick and haven't even left my neighborhood all day...

In your visits to different parts of the City, did you get the feeling like you were in a different village? There's is one place I want to explore...but my friends all frown upon my going there: Bayview / Hunter's Pt...Apparently, it has our highest crime rate and a lot of murders and drug activity...But I have no fear of anything, think I can handle myself all right. I've passed through Bay View once in a car to see the GIANTS when they played at Candlestick. That was before the 1989 earthquake...

Anyway, keep posting. Fill my head with wonder and excitement when I am gone to South Carolina to visit with "mom et al" later this week, and probably will need a smile or romantic image I recognize of my 25 year old transplanted home...I think I arrive in Charlotte, NC, on Friday...

I say you should have skipped the plane...

BTW, I love the woman in the black dress in the last pic! Beautiful shot with her laughing...
