SECOND CHANCE

Picture

Since you've been gone
I feel my life slippin' away
I look to the sky
And everything is turnin' grey
All I made was one mistake
How much more will I have to pay
Why can't you think it over
Why can't you forget about the past?
When love makes a sound babe
A heart needs a second chance
38 Special, Second Chance

Iron Street Stairs are one block long and some of San Francisco's last wooden stairways.  Rotting and worn with ivy creeping through spaces underneath, the stairs ascend Twin Peaks near the intersection of Market and Corbett and offer a spectacular view of the city.

PAINTEDPEOPLE STORY

Of Zeno Dexter Elliot, of Travis Weatherford, Abel & Zelta Erikson, of Bernie Erikson, of Matthew Rae, of Alphonz Ricci, Etha Lee & Tyrone Belin, Patrick Delanney, Martha Trudeau, Jerry Strang, Belva Brown & Clarence Belin's ghost haunting Travis...the body is found here on a cold morning at the top of Pemberton Steps in dense fog like pea soup settled over bleach pinkish and blackish broken stone steps  ascending to Twin Peaks and the body is wrapped in satin sheets and unrecognizable without body parts of gender and painted red toenails, skinless without colour and as dead as a doorknob.
