It will be interesting to see how presales go for this project. Many units remain empty at The West End (only two blocks away from Long) and work has yet to start on CODA's proposed upscale condo on Harding and the ritzy The Manning. But Tony and David can make things happen, so this one might have a shot. Let's hope so.
