Racial Slur on Fulton

I drive Fulton daily to and from work. Looking at the road the other day I noticed that just east of the Fulton and Union intersection there are large blue letters spray painted on the road. From what I could make out it was a slur that I am surprised the city has let sit there for so long. Anyone else notice this?
