Lots off Lake Dr in EGR

I see there's a new road with some lots for sale off Lake Dr (almost across from Wealthy Elementary).

Anyone know who's selling them or have a website for them? I can't seem to find the street or the listings in MLS.

It's called wilcox gardens if I recall. I'm sure if you contacted Ken Grashuis at Greenridge he could help you out.

They put in that street a couple of years ago (maybe 3 years ago now), and none of the lots have sold as far as I'm aware. There used to be a sign at the entrance. The lots started somewhere around $150,000, if I remember correctly. Doesn't surprise me that they threw in the towel for a while.

I'm pretty sure they were marketed exclusively by Katie K ( ) when they were still in the MLS.
