22 South Main is a proposed six story mixed-use building that would go where the white building is currently located next to Halfway to Habana on the leftside. It would be a renovation and addition to what is there now. It went to the DPC a few months ago for approval. I don't know whether they approved it or not.

I guess that explains why they're gutting that building as we speak. It's right next to (south of) the two condo buildings they've just re-done on Laurens Street. This design is pretty out-there, but it's better than the windowless brick slab that it is right now.

Are they already downtown? It says East North Street, but that could be Taylors or the City Center...
