I thought uphoff was the one building the tower on this property?

Uphoff owns the property right next to the ICA.  This property is across the street from the ICA.  So Uphoff still has his property, but who knows if he really has plans to build a tower on it or whether he’s holding out for VCU to purchase it from him.

Ok now I am super confused so Uphoff is the one who owns the property that the 13 story tower that just got proposed on? Is there now three proposed towers? This one then the 13 story one with the possible target and then the Uphoff tower?  All these towers along bevidere and broad got me super confused and mixed up haha.

Uphoff owns the property on the corner of Belvidere and Grace just south of the ICA. The new VCU tower is proposed on the southeast corner of broad and belvidere, directly east of the ICA.

Oh i see now sorry for the confusion it just had me sort of a puzzled for a few minutes. I figured it out now haha.
