I don't think a large housing development is the right fit for that area at all unless it included retail and restaurants which this doesn't appear to have.

This is still being reviewed by the city.  Maybe Wyoming doesn't feel the need to publish anything yet.

IIRC, this is the same developer that's building on the old MSU Ag station site between G.R. and Standale, right?  Behind Lincoln Square...
