For a change the media had some people who were positive about Hartford and not demanding that there be more police and development in the north end.

Ritter is a decent councilman. We need more youth and energy in local govt. that fact that he is young allows him to understand what will help the city in the future without being weighed down by its past failures.

Wow! That seems to be a little sneaky to me. She had to have told the journal that she was a visitor to the city. I'm sure that they would have published her letter if she had told them her position in Hartford city government. This Ritter guy sounds like a decent man.
