Winston Airport

Anyone know who bought the old Thomas Davis Training Center across the street from the Winston Airport on Liberty St. or whats planned for that building?

Also I see they are grading at the old Piedmont Circle neighborhood. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks for the reply. I've somewhat followed the Airport Business Park, glad to see something is actually being done.

It's the building between the Piedmont Aviation Credit Union and the recently rebuilt and renamed H&E Equipment. I talked to a good friend who told me that it was just recently sold (July 2008) and he didn't elaborate any further.

As far as who bought it, I don't have any information. Though it was purchased by US Airways in 2003 for a little less than $3 million.
