South Ridge (Church St. and University Ridge)

If this building is going to be anything like this: RoswellPlace. They won't have any problems with interest. It will fit in nicely with the neighborhood. Albeit they could have been just a little more original in the design being that Alta Vista and Roswell Place are practically the same. With a few alterations, of course. But I still like though.

Apparently Alta Vista Place has been reconfigured to be 12 units instead of 15. Apparently no exterior changes are involved. Three are 'sold' and one is 'reserved'.  The biggest units are the most popular thus far.  My guess would be that one or two more sales will kick off construction.

Ask and you shall receive: http://www.greenvilleonline.com/story/news/local/greenville/downtown/2015/03/08/qamy-lights-church-street/24555817/ Not having all of the lights on puts a bad impression on visitors and makes this improvement project look like a huge waste of taxpayer dollars.

I thought there was going to be a "pocket park" between Church Street and Parcel-B? I don't see room for one.

Honestly, I wish they would build some type of wall along Church Street to hide the parking lot for Parcel B. For aesthetic reasons from Church street, and more importantly, for road noise issues in the interior.

I'll just put this here--

There's a leasing sign out front of the small run down building adjacent to Zaxbys on Church Street. There's a rendering of what appears to be a renovation of the existing building. Church Street continues to draw new investment. Hopefully some good neighborhood serving retail options will come.
