Nissan's move from downtown to its new HQ

Wondering if folks think that this will be much of a short-term hit to downtown businesses? I've heard that the Nissan population in the Bell Building number about 1,500 - that's a non-trivial number of folks that will no longer be commuting to or eating lunch in downtown!

On one hand, parking and commuting may actually be better, but downtown restaurants have to be taking a hit once these folks are gone. (I don't think they're all there until sometime in August.)
