I didn't see this place before, other than in pictures. But WOW, what a nice job! Some great storefronts available.

This seems very cool but I do not understand why the cap on income. That makes NO sense to me. I'm sure there are lots of people who make more the $26,000 that would love to live in a space like that in downtown.
