Home sales in my neighborhood, East Nashville, are the highest they've been since August of 2006, and only 7 sales away from the highest point of the last 5 years. Not sure about the "Loan Crisis" nationwide, but things look pretty good in my little corner of the world. Is anyone else on the forum following real estate sales? I'm curious if the rest of the city is doing this well.
