qwertycc 0 Report post Posted August 11, 2008 This is another great "feather in the cap" for the Zoo. Customer satisfaction is a fickle thing, but it goes a long ways toward establishing image. The City of Memphis and MLG&W are prime examples in a negative sense. Both are much better than customer satisfaction surveys and polls would indicate, and as such, skewed and uninformed perception is accepted as fact that both are horrible.
