What is the story on the new mixed use (still in progress) on Wealthy next to the Meanwhile bar?

I've seen a development on Wealthy next to the Meanwhile bar. Looks like a typical mixed-use with ground floor retail and apartments above. Anyone know whats going in there? perhaps another wing heaven? :oD
