I know very little about Anchorage. I can see the great potential, but I am more impressed with the surrounding [natural] beauty that Alaska is famous for. I wonder if there are any good pics of the street-level activity.

Neo, hehe thats not all of Anchorage.. just West Anchorage, Downtown, Spenard, and a small bit of midtown (the midtown skyline is absent in that pic as well as Dimond, Huffman, Muldoon, East Anchorage, Russian Jack, Hillside, Jewel Lake, Turnagain Heights, O'Malley, Abbot Loop, and Goverment Hill)

But you and Urbanguy need to realize WE DON'T HAVE ROOM TO GROW!!!

We're facing a land crunch.. trust me, don't let the tree's ful you. If not for those trees, you would seriously get a good picture of my house (on the first pic)

Throw in a few talls it would look real sweet plus contain that sprawl and densify it really become a jewel, well it is one now but could be come even better!
