Is that a good thing? I qualify for alumni band in both of our local Big Ten univs, but I don't bother attending.

Did we ever happen to mention Michigan's beautiful fall colors? They are starting. High of 80 today, low of 40 (great sleeping weather, and it kills off all the bugs).

...That said, I think the Governor skipping this conference was still a bad decision, unless there is a large, imminent deal in Japan. Not likely. Her shunning West Michigan is par for the course. She's shunned us before, and she did it again this week.
