I went on a little tour of some of the major projects around town, and some smaller ones. Enjoy!

Cascadia Site. Over by my house. Right now they are just pushing dirt in waiting for approvals

Haha...holy cow! Wow, so many things have changed. It's been awhile since someone has taken a nice photo tour. Thanks Ron, much appreciated. Some of my favs are:

Rythm - I didn't even recognize it, looking good

1st Hilton Garden Inn shot with the photographer in the car mirror, very nice touch!

Terrazzo - has come a long way, almost there

Velocity - nice progress structurally, can't wait to see more on the design for the outside

5th and Main - looking good, I love how it looms over the street

Pinnacle - really starting to have an impact, my favorite big project right now

Rolling Mill Hill - Let's just say, it's about time

Seems like Nashville has slowed down a lot, but at the same time there are still a lot of things going on around town.

What a great tour of Nashville projects. Thanks so much for posting. I had no idea there had been so much progress out at Rolling Mill Hill. I had thought that one had pretty much stagnated. Overall, i'd say trhe amount of construction is still pretty good, but I'm still concerned that there won't be too much in the pipeline after these project are completed. I'm thankful for the the Convention center project. That could be huge.

The amount of construction going on is solid right now. I hope the convention center is approved because it will be a huge project. I also am hoping for a very tall, beautiful convention center hotel.

That could take up a couple of years, but after talking to a real estate agent the other day, this economic mess should last about another 14-18 months. Until that time, we have these current projects and hopefully the Music City Center.
