New Riverfront...School?

Article in today Tennessean (again, on phone so I can't post link) saying that Mayor Karl Dean wants to see the old Nashville Bridge Co. building renovated and converted into a metro school with a curriculum focused on the environment and health. Very cool. The building sits at the foot of the pedestrian bridge on the east bank. Dean acknowledges that this could be denied in today's economy though I hope not.
