Finding financing in this economy will be a challange even for a winning project such as this. It will be a high quality project from what I have seen and will offer the town a type of housing not currently available. The location is great, right in the center of a thriving business/office somplex and adjacent to major highways. The developer has a strong history so if anyone can do it, it will be them. Jay

I've been calling for this lot to get developed for a while. I applaud this project, it is appropriate for its location, something we rarely see from suburban developments in this day and age.
