Development 301S and bypass

There is a sign at the intersection of 301S and the bypass saying a shopping center is being built and outparcels are available. Does anyone know what is going to be here?

I know that the developer really wants to put a grocery store in that location and Ive heard quiet talk of Kroger eyeing the Statesboro market, but there is no telling that is going in this parcel. I guess its time to google some keywords here.

I've also heard of that Publix is looking at Statesboro again.

I talked to someone I know at City Hall who said they have not had contact with anyone in nearly a year about commercial development on that property. He had seen the sign and said it was a surprise.

The same person said rumors about Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Target, and various grocery stores continue to come and go, but no inquiries or feelers from serious developers have occured in about a year. He said there is very limited significant development on the horizon, primarily due to the national economy.
