Status of On-hold projects

Can anyone provide any status updates of all of the projects that are on hold? Are these projects officially cancelled, on-hold indefinitely until further notice, temporarily postponed but likely to be built when the economy recovers, etc.?

The Park

In limbo due to foreclosure. Recently put up for auction, we should know the fate in the next few weeks/months. However because this is the Park, probably will know whats going on by the time Charlottes Rail system is completely built out and 485 is completed.

One Charlotte

On hold until someone feels charlotte can handle 99 residences over 1.5 million dollars. I think it will be built one day, but not in the same form.

Trump Charlotte

Never seemed more than a attention wh*re for Little & Associates. How any of us got excited for this I don't understand, we should have seen through the poorly done website and logo immediately!

Wachovia Condo Tower

Has not been officially put on hold by the developer.

300 South Tryon

On hold until they can find a office tenant. The developers, from what I understand, are still trying their best to get this off the ground. To me this project depends on how much influence Wells Fargo has on Charlotte. If Wachovias space is reduced dramatically enough, and the office market loosens up anymore than 5%, this project will probably never happen. Which is a shame because it was a great project.

210 Trade

Could be built, now that all of the zoning issues are done. However, if it does get built, I don't think Flaherty & Collins will be involved, nor will it be 53 floors. Its fairly evident something has to happen with this property. Personally I like monsoons plan for a roller coaster.

TWELVE Condo Tower

Has not been officially put on hold by the developer. Last I heard they were calling for a 2011 completion. However, I feel soon we will hear otherwise on this project.

What about the Ritz-Carlton Residences or whatever it was called that is going in the big hole in the ground at Park and Gleneagles? Are things still moving along on the New Old Colisuem site? How about Southhaus and other South Blvd condo projects?

Ritz Carlton Residences (aka DeeDees Hole) All quiet on the western, eastern, northern and southern front. I have not heard anything about this since its last press release saying it was finally getting built, we all see how that went.

City Park Not sure about the status of this project, last I saw dirt was still being shoved around at a slow pace. I think they are still waiting for approval of extra tax dollars to be allocated for this project.

[b}Southhaus Should still be happening... They cut the unit number in half and reoriented the building so that 2/3 of the building had some sort of skyline view, speaking that nobody else was buying in the other direction. However I haven't seen much work done on this project, and I really hate seeing all the cleared parcels along South. Then again I'm 600 miles away usually so I don't.

Chelsea Southend Last I heard it was likely this would become Apartments. I too would like an update...

I'd also like to add to the questions al the projects in Plaza Midwood, Noda, etc. For instance The Vyne, and Morningside village, I have lost touch with.
