Can anyone recommend a good person to work on my shoulder/neck/chicken wing muscles? I'm in downtown Raleigh, but I don't really care where they are. I have no experience with it other than about 10 years ago, same thing.

I can strongly recommend Hands on Health, who have offices in Raleigh, near Rex Hosp. and in Cary. I have mostly gone to Laura Landseidel, one of the owners, but found all others I have used there to be great too. THey specialize in medical massage and are trained in it. They got me through during and after at twins pregnancy (3 months of bedrest then twins at age 42 is NOT good on your body!) http://www.handsonhealthnc.com/index.html
