Downtown Concord snags a 20,000 sq ft coworking operator in a historical building.  This is great for downtown Concord!

From the Biz Journal article

""In Concord, Flywheel will design and master lease 20,000 square feet of event, educational, meeting room, office and coworking innovation space at the historic 57 Union Street building under redevelopment by Concord Redevelopment Partners. The shell building and apartments in the building are currently under construction with an anticipated construction completion by end of 2020.""

Thanks for the pictures KJHburg! I haven't been in downtown Albemarle in like over 20 years!

You should check it out sometime if you can! They've done a pretty good job of revitalizing downtown with new mom and pop shops and restaurants/cafes.

1.2 downtown Pineville full of shops and local businesses

3. new Krispy Kreme right by the hospital after your blood sugar test stop by just pace yourself.
