Cell Phone public art and/or historic building tour

How cool would it be to have something like Seattle's cell phone public art tour:

It could be collaborated through Fred Meijer Gardens', http://www.sculpturesitesgr.org/ website. I'm guessing that site doesn't get enough traffic. It's a pretty cool site. It could use printable .pdf maps though.

The tours could be publicized through the tourism bureau to visiting conventioneers. They could also do a historic building tour the same way. Omaha has one of these, where you can go and download .mp3 files with historic descriptions of old buildings. I can't seem to find the website for it though. I like the phone idea better because cell phones are much more common than .mp3 players.

Maybe we could get Jeff Daniels to read the audio, hahaha.
