What will WTXL do with Frank Ranicky retiring

I have been curious with WTXL's decision to have only a solo anchor for the 6 and 11 news, ever since Rex was moved to mornings (A good move I might add).

So my question is, will WTXL take the opportunity to seize the moment with Frank Ranicky retiring and try and find a good male anchor to sit in the chair and improve the ratings?

WTXL has been given a golden opportunity to finally make some headway, but the station continues to appear as if it doesn't care to improve.

What do you think?

When do you think Rex will bolt?

Well this isnt about WTXL or Frank Ranicky retiring, but it is about a news Anchor.

Any one remeber Jackie Johnson? She was on WCTV in Tallahassee, then moved to Maimi. She has my FULL attention when she would do the weather reports. Well I am happy to say that I saw her on TV this morning on "The CBS Early Show"!!! Nice to know when locals make it to the big time. :-)

Just a little tid-bit of info: No surprise
