Luca Brasi 1 Report post Posted December 17, 2008 I'm pretty sure Hillyer College was located in the YMCA as a night school before merging with Hartt School of Music and artford Art School to form the University of Hartford. And wile it would be great to have U of H located downtown, it is actually located across the 3 municipalities of Hartford, West Hartford and Bloomfield.
