Future of old Fresh Market on Lawndale

Was driving down New Garden this weekend & saw that Pie Works is opening there (presumably relocating). Seeing as they're the only remaining tenant at the old Fresh Market shopping strip and I haven't seen any "space available" signage, I can only imagine the property is slated for redevelopment. Anyone know what the plans are?

I was under the assumption that it would be eventually redeveloped into small shops and restaurants

I was wondering the same thing.. I think that building would make a nice series of small village like shoppes with a new facade. Good traffic count and exposure..
