A sign that maybe things aren't so bad in the Denver metro area? A developer plans on starting construction on a spec office tower in a Broomfield office park. The building will be 11 stories and will try for gold LEED certification. Broomfield is about halfway between downtown Denver and Boulder.

It's basically a suburban development, but it's good that it will be green.
