Help: Who's good at installing gutters?

I thought I was saving some money when I put in my own gutters a couple of years ago. What a mistake! Even with no leaves in them, the snow and ice build up and I have icicles all over the place, with dripping water in my windows. When we get thawed out, I must have someone come out and install a new gutter system. I only need it for the back of my house, which is about 35 feet long with two downspouts. I live in a Cape, so it's at the top of the first floor.

I'm unemployed and funds are beyond limited, but this needs to be done before some serious damage occurs. Can anyone recommend someone who can do this and have a ball park figure on how much this might cost? I have no clue at all.
