Does anyone know if there is any plans for new roads going through the Forsyth Rd area which boarders the Kernersville/Oak Ridge line? I've noticed there are several homes in Harvest Ridge Subdivision that have been on the market since 2005??? (These are new beautiful homes by the way.) From what I've seen it appears to be a really nice area, I was just wondering what, if anything, is detering people from buying homes there. We love the area, but need more information before looking any further in that direction. If you are familar with this part of Guilford/Forsyth County, please share. :)
