With the hotel closing, does it become an option for a conversion? The place sets up as one bedrooms and studios and those go fast in downtown. The owner could use the money set aside for renovation to put kitchen counter tops and viola, studios.

I stayed at the Bond recently and those places already have kitchens. Bet they would go fast as well if converted to rental units.
