The Meck Lofts

Buxton Kubick Dodd is currently working in collaberation with and unknown developer on bringing more upscale lofts to downtown Springfield. The Meck Lofts will consist of a seven story building, rooftop garden, private gated entry and first floor leasing space. The project timeline is yet to be determined, however with the downtown occupancy rate over 99%, if a bank will back the project then it could be completed sooner than later.

No not yet... there still hasen't been any details. I'm sure they will wait until the credit market gets a little bit better.

I thought the same thing but judging by the road I would say somewhere off Walnut. I was thinking it would go in between the funeral home(ughh!) and the Jefferson lofts right there off walnut, I don't know though. I just hope it doesn't fade away, because I really like the design.
