The Voice of Reason 8 Report post Posted February 11, 2009 OK all kidding aside, I saw the Hartford Police mounted patrol just 1 minute ago on Main street. To me, this is really a great step in community policing, and a bigger step in community relations. They look nice out there and passers by were petting the horses.
