Logo change for 1st Canadian place

The distinctive, iconic "M" of First Canadian Place (the city's tallest skyscraper, not counting the CN Tower of course) will finally succumb to the Bank of Montreal's corporate decision to display "BMO" as it logo:

Spreading its image as BMO is expected to decrease the perception that it is a "Montreal" bank and get better recognition from American investors.

The Bank of Montreal's HQ technically is still located in Montreal, but almost all of their operations are located in Canada's financial capital, TO, even though it's ironic that its office tower towers over Toronto's "hometown" bank, Toronto Dominion or TD Bank. (TD does have control over both the original TD complex and what was once the Canada Trust Tower (which is taller) though)

Hmmm, I dunno, what does the 'O' stand for, 'cos the 'BM' makes me think of Bowel Movement.
