Hampton Roads Civic Engagement Summit, Save the Date

Join the Hampton Roads Center for Civic Engagement (www.HRCCE.org) for a Civic Engagement Summit on Saturday, April 4th. No charge to attend, registration is required at the HRCCE website.

The Summit is designed to create a "conversation" with citizens and their interests in the region. It is a very early beginning point; we hope there will be more. The "next steps" will be determined by the participants.

The program: HRCCE will present the results of a large survey of the region's citizens conducted by a local university. The rest of the 1/2 day is designed to frame those results into meaningful conversations. One topic of interest to UP users will be how to use technology to better connect citizens.

Continental breakfast and beverages during the break are provided by the Hampton Roads Partnership. Other sponsors are The Planning Council, Future of Hampton Roads and WHRO.
