Those houses must be really packed in to that little site. Seems like a better place for a condo/apartment building.

I don't really mind the houses being there at that location. Condos or apartments (or townhomes) would be better but the houses are on small lots so the density will at least be up. I don't this to be a gated community though and I worry about what kind of style these houses will be built based on. Especially if each owner can build completely different houses in such close proximity.

They were removing a portion of the rock wall at the front of the site at the end of last week. Hopefully this is an indication that McBee Park is moving forward...

This removal continues. They seem to be very deliberate in their progress and process. I wonder if these stones will be used again in the development.

E McBee Ave, from McDaniel Ave to East Washington St, will be closed June 18 and June 19 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. for utility work.
