A Phipps Plaza site that pitted a neighborhood against a developer in a dispute that ended up in the Georgia Supreme Court is back at center stage.

This time, Finger Cos., a Houston luxury apartment developer, plans 925 homes

Any word on the height of this thing? Its got to be at least 10 or 12 floors per buliding.

Depending on the size of the units and how "fat" the buildings are, I'd actually expect them to average between 15-20 stories each. 300+ units per building in "towers" can turn into a good number of floors very quickly. Plus, most of the other buildings (residential and commerical) in the area are all towers.

But there was no specific mention of height in the article. It's possible that was not disclosed due to the neighborhood opposition to other projects at the location.
