And for including a residential tower. Many of the Bobville concepts were just a music venue.

I noticed that you can see the residential portion from northbound on the S-curve between the arena and arena place. While not the height everyone wanted, the infill is nice.

I was thinking yesterday how I wish they would put a peak on it like that skyscraper in Atlanta. It's like glass with a framework on it, so at least it was unique.

That lot used to be the place to be for Art Prize. Last year, I walked through there and it was all but completely empty. Not sure if it had anything to do with the building plans and not knowing when they'd start, or if it was just a reflection of lower interest in Art Prize. Who knows...

I'm almost completely sure it was because of the unknown of when the building would get started. That's what I heard anyway.
