[Seattle] Streetcar and light rail

Seattle is currently constructing 15.6 miles of light rail that will be open by the end of this year and connect downtown to the airport. A new streetcar line operates a little over a mile through downtown currently with connections to the monorail and the new light rail line.

A update on Seattle's yearling of a mass transit system. For a city that is generally forward thinking, the adapation of light rail lags behind many other major metros and it still surprises me.
