Hi! I have finally registered after 2 years of lurking behind the scenes! My first post is ........ What is up with all the dirt being dropped in front of Avastar Park, the former Lear plant, on Alpine Ave? Are they actually going to go forward with the strip mall idea? If so are they following the Walker Master plan concerning the placement of the building relative to Alpine Ave. with Parking behind the Buildings?
