Not yet but I am sure one is coming.

Not sure if the cones have to do with impending construction or due to the concert at the Well. We shall find out soon enough I guess.

Actually, they do but this project consists of an underground garage so all of the utilities underneath the site are currently in the way and need to be relocated before digging can begin. Spring Street will be closed at night also for this.

LOL...sorry gman....my (very) feeble attempt with humor.  Thx for your many endeavors with keeping us informed with many  projects. Look forward to your reporting final rendering of courthouse. Who knows...might get lucky with an awesome structure that pleases everyone  (even distortedlogic :) ).

08-01-2018 update:

The design completion/construction document phase of the project is approximately 90% complete. These 90% CDs have been issued for bid. 

The Art in Architecture commission was awarded in July 2018 to Joyce Kozloff.
