Each of those blue-reflecting windows appears to be two floors with a spandrel panel in between actual vision glass.  But, we shall see.

Not yet. Digging is done. Now they’re starting to drill to make a base for the building and crane.

There's a sign up now with a picture of the building and not the the flat one in the article. This one actually looks like a building.
