Can't remember which forum member points out the huge opportunity to use the Route 95 facade for signage/something attractive (which I agree with BTW), I found these parts of the last story interesting:

"It is most visible from Route 95. But the side facing the highway has no identifiable markings.

If you can knock down National Register buildings willy nilly, I'm sure you can put a sign on one.
