"Adjacent to the Alkali Flat/La Valentina Light Rail Station in Sacramento, this four-story mixed-use building will bring more than 60 units of affordable housing to a housing-light, infrastructure-rich area. The ground level will include six small flexible street-front micro-commercial spaces designed for use as artist studios or galleries, as well as retail space including a cafe with outdoor seating in the central court."

I really liked the green roof of this project.

Mind you its not a traditional green roof, but between the solar arrays and the greenery it seems to be a smart design.
