It looks like Shea Homes has returned to the market and is getting back to work on two large townhome projects.

It may not be urban, but it is sign that San Jose is in need of more housing.

The South bay has been booming for a long damn time. The fact that these projects are allready selling units is proof that the econemy here is still quite strong.
