My first-ever pano using my Digital Rebel XT, my tripod, and Photostitch! Except for some obvious seams, I was completely impressed by how this turned out... looks just like it does in person. I hope you all enjoy:

Great pics everybody. SBC is right, Houston's Downtown is almost unbeatable. Uptown is very impressive too. I am impressed by the number of skylines Houston has. Even the one along the tollway at I-35 near the airport suprised me.

Is that just a weird-shaped cloud, or an actual funnel? If so, did it touch down?

I thought it got bad here yesterday, but it doesn't compare to that. Wow.

It was definately a funnel cloud. I watched it get bigger and smaller for a few minutes before it went away and the sun came out again. It could have been over Galveston Bay but who knows.

Wow. On the bright side, it went away. I've only seen a couple of funnel clouds in my life, and it's a very scary sight. The best feeling in the world is to see it not become an actual tornado. Awesome shot, man!!

The Field Museum is one museum in Chicago I've still not been, but I'm going to check it out this November. My wife wants me to see the dinosaurs.

It was a really nice morning and afternoon in historic Natchitoches (pronounced Nak-a-tish,) Louisiana (established in 1714) today...

I made a few new friends in Natchitoches today and they wanted to say "hi" to you guys...

^ Is that a river? We have them in some of the bayous here but I have never seen that many. This is not only cool but also the reason that I dont swim in any of the bayous or inlets.
