My Sisters place is the applicant.

Check out the location on live search maps. its a big vacant parcel, and I am sure it will fill in a trouble location. Its deffinately in a tough area, and I do not pretend to know anything about it. I do know that my sisters place is a great charity. My office has done a good ammount of volunteerism for them.

I can only imagine that this will help the area if it is built.
